The Souss Region Cooperatives Federation brought together dozens of agricultural cooperatives still operating with entirely manual management methods. Member management, harvest tracking, accounting, and product marketing relied on paper registers and word of mouth, causing financial losses, inventory errors, and an inability to access national and international B2B markets. Funding organizations required structured activity reports that cooperatives struggled to produce. The low digital literacy of member farmers represented a major adoption challenge. The goal was to design an intuitive platform meeting cooperative management needs while opening new sales channels through an integrated B2B marketplace.

We developed a SaaS platform accessible via web and mobile app, designed with a clean visual interface and intuitive icons to facilitate adoption by users unfamiliar with digital tools. The member management module centralizes each member's information with contribution and equity share tracking. The harvest tracking module records each farmer's contributions with digital weighing and automatic payment calculations. The integrated B2B marketplace directly connects cooperatives with wholesale buyers and exporters through an auction and group ordering system. The simplified accounting module automatically generates balance sheets, tax returns, and reports for funding organizations. An offline feature synchronizes data as soon as connectivity is restored, essential for rural areas.
