FastDelivery, a fast-growing Casablanca startup, needed a high-performance mobile app to compete with delivery giants in Morocco. Their existing solution, based on a simple website, lacked real-time tracking and generated numerous customer complaints. The challenge was to rapidly develop a reliable application managing delivery drivers, restaurants, and end customers simultaneously.

We developed a cross-platform application with React Native, integrating a real-time geolocation system via Google Maps API. A smart order assignment algorithm optimizes delivery driver routes. The microservices architecture ensures perfect scalability to handle order spikes, and a push notification system keeps all stakeholders informed at every step.
