Atlas Promotion, a renowned real estate developer in Marrakech, was struggling to market its new housing projects in an increasingly competitive market. Traditional sales methods – physical sales offices and paper brochures – were no longer sufficient to attract a young, connected clientele, particularly MRE (Moroccans Residing Abroad) who represent a significant share of buyers. The entire real estate purchase journey needed to be fully digitized.
We created an immersive web platform featuring photorealistic 3D virtual tours of each housing project, allowing buyers to envision their future home before construction even begins.
